Items will be purchased at offline pop-up event in South Korea. Will be ready for shipment 20/09 and take approximately 3-5 weeks to arrive in the UK, but may take longer please be patient.

If items sell out at offline pop-up event, the order will be placed when online sales start in South Korea. Please note online orders can take 2-4 months longer as they will be a pre-order in korea. Do not order if you cannot wait.

Please be aware, due to the nature of shipping the outer plastic layer may have tears or holes, but there is no damage to the item or inclusions and no refunds will be given for this reason.

The outer box of the item is used to protect it. Jamais Vu will not refund or receive returns of any items that have dents, bumps or scratches on the outer box.

If you pre-order with in-stock items please be aware all items will be shipped out at the same time. If you would like to receive the in-stock album before that you should place two separate orders
