If the item runs out of stock early, you will be given a full refund. POBs may run out of stock early, and no refund can be given if this is the case.

Please be aware, due to the nature of shipping the outer plastic layer may have tears or holes, but there is no damage to the item or inclusions and no refunds will be given for this reason.

The outer box of the item is used to protect it. Jamais Vu will not refund or receive returns of any items that have dents, bumps or scratches on the outer box.

If you pre-order with in-stock items please be aware all items will be shipped out at the same time. If you would like to receive the in-stock album before that you should place two separate orders.
